Xabat Vara vs Francisco Conde

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Masaya promoted show at Masaya Ponce, Masaya,  taking place on 28/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nicaragua-Masaya Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Xabat Vara (7 - 11(2) - 7) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Francisco Conde(4 - 16(1) - 4) from Masaya, Nicaragua.  Vara weighed in at 114 pounds and 4 ounces, while Conde weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jose Felix, and the three ringside judges are Santiago Medrano, Fausto Arrendondo and Cipriano Casado.  

Round 1: 

Conde forces Vara to retreat into a neutral corner.  Conde hits home with a cross.
