Billy Hewson vs Euan Boner

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Canada-Manitoba promoted show at Lionel Beaubien Gym, Winnipeg,  taking place on 20/08/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Manitoba Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Billy Hewson (13(8) - 3) who hails from Winnipeg, Canada and Euan Boner(8 - 4(1) - 1) from Winnipeg, Canada.  Hewson weighed in at 160 pounds, while Boner weighed in at 159 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Amon Badders, and the three ringside judges are Ian Fiddes, Kieran Rusk and Dave Callen.  

Round 1: 

Hewson lands a left hook followed by a jab to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a cross to the body, and then to the head.  
Boner is looking to keep his distance.  Hewson is on target with a jab.  
Hewson gets on the inside.  Boner pivots to the side of his opponent andThe two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Boner dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Hewson gets on the inside.  Boner pivots to the left of his opponent.  Boner throws a left hook, but Hewson holds on to his opponent.  Hewson is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hewson to stop fouling.  
Boner steps to the outside.  Hewson lands a jab to the head followed by a cross to the body.  
Hewson finds the target with a jab.  
Hewson advances into close range.  Hewson sidesteps to the right of his opponent and is on target with a sharp right hook to Boner's ribcage.  
Hewson is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Hewson holds on to his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Hewson gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Hewson feints a jab, and then connects with a cross.  
Hewson is on target with a sharp left uppercut.  
Hewson lands a left uppercut followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Boner is looking to keep his distance.  Hewson lands an overhand left followed by a jab to his opponents head.

Round 2: 

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Hewson has been damaged by that accidental headbutt.  That has caused bad swelling  around the right eye.  
Hewson is on target with a right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Hewson drives a right hook into Boner's body.  
Hewson gets on the inside and drives a stinging left hook into Boner's body.  
Hewson closes the distance.  Boner pivots to the side of his opponent.  Boner throws a left hook, but Hewson holds on to his opponent.  Hewson tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Boner's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Hewson to stop fouling.  
Hewson is on target with a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Boner steps away from his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Boner sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Hewson is on target with a jab.  
Hewson digs in a left uppercut to Boner's liver.

Hewson gets on the inside and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Boner quickly recovers.
