Davie Laidley vs Gus Goudey

Boxing Daily Report from the Jay promoted show at Nassau Denniston, Nassau,  taking place on 16/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Bahamas Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ZNS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Davie Laidley (17(1) - 7 - 1) who hails from Nassau, Bahamas and Gus Goudey(23(3) - 8) from Nassau, Bahamas.  Laidley weighed in at 242 pounds and 9 ounces, while Goudey weighed in at 243 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Callum Cairns, and the three ringside judges are James Hewson, Rex Annand and James Beddow.
