Brian Frazer vs Eddie Jones

Boxing Daily Report from the Mainza Promotions promoted show at Bolton School Arts & Conference Centre, Bolton,  taking place on 17/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the British-Northern England Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Brian Frazer (4 - 7 - 2) who hails from Sunderland, UK and Eddie Jones(5 - 2) from Sunderland, UK.  Frazer weighed in at 107 pounds And 3 ounces, while Jones weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Greg Cody, and the three ringside judges are Jamie McNabb, David Swineford and Neil McClimans.  

Round 1: 

Jones steps inside and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Frazer attempts to land an uppercut to the solar plexus, but he strays low!  The ref stops the action and gives Jones time to recover.  
Jones lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  
Jones pivots to the side of his opponent and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.  
Jones lands a cross followed by a jab to his opponents head.  
Frazer is looking to keep his distance.  Jones attempts to land a jab, but Frazer slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Jones digs in a left hook to Frazer's body.  Jones throws a short cross to the body, but lands low!  The ref stops the action and gives Frazer time to recover.  
Jones connects with a left hook.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.  Frazer has taken some damage there.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Jones lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Jones gets on the inside.  Jones quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.

Jones advances into close range.  Jones quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Jones is on target with a left hook to his opponents liver.  Jones ties up his opponent.  Jones is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Jones closes the distance and lands a right uppercut followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Jones manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Jones hits home with a left hook.  
Jones gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Frazer's trainer is suggesting ways of getting through to his opponent.  Frazer's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Frazer's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.
