Mark Pottenger vs Michael Firth

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkansah Promotions promoted show at Geoff Petrie Gym, Independence,  taking place on 08/08/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Missouri Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Pottenger (3 - 10 - 2) who hails from St. Louis, USA and Michael Firth(17 - 8(1) - 4) from St. Louis, USA.  Both Pottenger and Firth weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Kris Hogge, and the three ringside judges are Callum Johansen, Dan Hertz and Dave Sullivan.  

Round 1: 

Pottenger steps inside.  Firth pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Pottenger throws a left hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right hook.
