Suk-young Pak vs Dong-won Chon

Boxing Daily Report from the Adjei Promotions promoted show at Sun-tae Pak Gym, Iksan,  taking place on 05/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the South Korea-North Jeolla Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Suk-young Pak (13 - 19(2) - 3) who hails from Jeonju, South Korea and Dong-won Chon(10(3) - 1) from Jeonju, South Korea.  Pak weighed in at 160 pounds, while Chon weighed in at 159 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ki-hun Koh, and the three ringside judges are Ki-hun Koh, Hyun-jun Ye and Myung-joo Chee.  

Round 1: 

Pak is on target with a cross.  
Pak steps inside.  Chon lands a right uppercut to the head, a left hook to the body and a right hook to the body.  
Chon closes the distance and is on target with a solid right hook.  
Chon pivots from in front of his opponent.  Pak throws a left uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a cross.  
Chon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  
Chon lands a left uppercut followed by  two right hooks to his opponents head.  
Chon steps inside and hits home with a sharp right uppercut.  
Chon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a left hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Pak steps inside.  Chon lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Chon closes the distance and lands a right hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  He follows up the attack and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Chon sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Pak attempts to land a left hook, but Chon sidesteps and counters with a stinging right hook to his opponents body.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Pak's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.  Pak's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Chon lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Chon lands a left hook.  
Chon pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Chon advances into close range and lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He then lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Chon feints a jab, tricking Pak into launching a left uppercut counter.  Chon is waiting for the shot and counters with a cross.  
Chon is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Pak connects with a cross.  
Chon manouvers Pak into the corner.  Chon pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a left uppercut to the head.  
Pak steps to the outside and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a firm left hook.  
Chon lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Chon walks Pak onto the ropes.  Chon lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Chon advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.  
Chon lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a right hook to the body.

Chon closes the distance and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Chon advances into close range and cuts off the ring, trapping Pak in the corner.  Chon lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left uppercut to the head.  
Chon lands two left uppercut's to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Chon lands a sharp right uppercut.  
Chon connects with a stinging left uppercut.  
Chon switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.  
Chon is looking to close the distance.  Chon pivots to the right of his opponent and drives a solid left uppercut into Pak's body.  
Chon drops his guard, and stalks his opponent...he wants his opponent to throw a shot.  Pak hits home with a left hook.

Chon steps inside.  Chon hits home with a right hook.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Pak dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Chon lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a right hook to the head.  
Chon advances into close range and drives a solid left hook into his opponents body.  
Pak throws a left uppercut, but Chon holds on to his opponent.  Chon pushes his forearm into Pak's face.  The referee warns Chon and breaks the clinch.  
Chon drives a left hook into Pak's body.  
Pak lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Pak attempts to land a cross, but Chon slips the shot and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Chon is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  Pak almost instantly gets his legs back.

Chon lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Chon advances into close range and lands a right hook to the head, a right uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.

Chon pivots from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left uppercut to the body.

Pak now seems to have got his legs back.  
Chon gets on the inside and lands a left hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  Chon ties up his opponent.  Chon leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Chon walks his opponent down, trapping him on the ropes.  Chon quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and drives a left hook into Pak's body.  
Chon lands a left hook to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.  
Chon lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head, AND DROPS PAK TO THE CANVAS!  The count reaches 10, but Pak is unable to get up!  The winner by KO is Chon!
