David Appleby vs Chris Kane

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arkansas promoted show at Mark Cook Gym, Fayetteville,  taking place on 03/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Arkansas Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Appleby (5 - 9(1) - 1) who hails from Little Rock, USA and Chris Kane(6(3) - 0) from Fayetteville, USA.  Appleby weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kane weighed in at 146 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Paul Sherratt, and the three ringside judges are Michael Bell, Mel Tassie and Gethin Nethery.  

Round 1: 

Appleby tries to land a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.
