Boris Mekhtiyev vs Yulian Baliev

Boxing Daily Report from the Akafia Promotions promoted show at Dushanbe Ghaksybek, Dushanbe,  taking place on 03/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Tajikistan-Dushanbe Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Boris Mekhtiyev (19(1) - 8) who hails from Dushanbe, Tajikistan and Yulian Baliev(4 - 11(5) - 1) from Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Both Mekhtiyev and Baliev weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Emin Beibutov, and the three ringside judges are Timofei Gajarov, Toghrul Azimzade and Vikenti Gadjibekov.
