Eloy Rozas vs Reyes Lugtu

Boxing Daily Report from the Kamao Promotions promoted show at Lapu-Lapu Noa, Lapu-Lapu,  taking place on 06/08/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Philippines-Cebu Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IBC, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eloy Rozas (24 - 11(2)) who hails from Cebu City, Philippines and Reyes Lugtu(8 - 9 - 1) from Cebu City, Philippines.  Rozas weighed in at 134 pounds and 13 ounces, while Lugtu weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Urvano Delangel, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Baliad, Oihane Tatlonghari and Mike Olalia.  

Round 1:
