Vicente Vasco vs Pablo Cordon

Boxing Daily Report from the Mashaba Promotions promoted show at Managua Ravelo, Managua,  taking place on 01/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nicaragua Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vicente Vasco (19(1) - 9(5) - 2) who hails from Managua, Nicaragua and Pablo Cordon(28 - 7(2)) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Vasco weighed in at 154 pounds and 14 ounces, while Cordon weighed in at 154 pounds.    As Vasco came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the titles on the line tonight.  
The referee tonight is Xaver Fiel, and the three ringside judges are Neron Godines, Alano Pio and Zacarias Balan.
