Mason Hillhouse vs Gareth Iverson

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Boxing Academy promoted show at Waitakere Bearup, Waitakere,  taking place on 30/07/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Auckland Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mason Hillhouse (14(12) - 1(1)) who hails from Manukau, New Zealand and Gareth Iverson(13 - 12(3) - 7) from Auckland, New Zealand.  Both Hillhouse and Iverson weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Connor Vallance, and the three ringside judges are Justin Kahukakanui, Opi Ngaikiha and Oliver Ngarongomate.  

Round 1: 

Hillhouse lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.
