Boxing Daily Report from the Top Shelf Prospects promoted show at The Venue at UCF, Orlando,  taking place on 23/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Ulises Perdomo (6(4) - 0) who hails from San Jose, Costa Rica and Ollie Ramsey(13 - 12(1) - 5) from Philadelphia, USA.  Both Perdomo and Ramsey weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cole Ghant, and the three ringside judges are Dave Kay, Paul Romans and Leo Couch.  

Round 1:

Perdomo digs in a firm right hook to his opponents ribs.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo pushes his forearm into Ramsey's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Perdomo.  
Perdomo gets on the inside and lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the head.  Perdomo holds on to his opponent.  Perdomo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Perdomo advances into close range.  Perdomo drives a stinging right hook into Ramsey's ribcage.  Perdomo ties up his opponent.  Perdomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Perdomo's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  The two boxers are fighting in-close, but their heads clash!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Perdomo dabs at his face checking for damage.

Perdomo walks his opponent down, trapping him in the corner.  Perdomo is on target with a stinging left hook to his opponents body.  
Ramsey tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a stinging right uppercut.  
Perdomo drives a left uppercut into his opponents body.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref separates the two fighters.  
Perdomo lands a left uppercut to the body, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Perdomo lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He follows up the attack and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.  
Perdomo closes the distance and lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Perdomo lands a left hook to the body, a right uppercut to the head and a left hook to the head.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Perdomo about fouling.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ramsey's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.  Ramsey's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Ramsey's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.

It looks like Ramsey has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.  
Perdomo is looking to close the distance.  Ramsey pivots from in front of his opponent.  Ramsey throws a left uppercut, but Perdomo clinches his opponent.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Perdomo closes the distance and hits home with a left uppercut.  Perdomo clinches his opponent.  Perdomo is leaning on his opponent in the clinch. The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Perdomo lands a left uppercut followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.  He then lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head.

Perdomo uses his free hand to throw a body hook, but it lands on Ramsey's kidney. The referee separates the two fighters and warns Perdomo.  Ramsey almost instantly recovers.

Perdomo lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  Perdomo holds on to his opponent.  Perdomo uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Ramsey behind the head. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Perdomo to stop holding.

Perdomo steps inside and lands a solid right hook.  
Perdomo is looking to close the distance and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs, AND SENDS RAMSEY SPRAWLING TO THE CANVAS!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Perdomo!
