Taro Hoga vs Dai Nagata

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Chiba promoted show at Muya Gym, Matsudo,  taking place on 27/07/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Chiba Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Taro Hoga (6 - 8(3) - 3) who hails from Kashiwa, Japan and Dai Nagata(17(3) - 7(1)) from Funabashi, Japan.  Both Hoga and Nagata weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Akira Kamei, and the three ringside judges are Yuichi Kaba, Satoshi Nakahara and Eiji Ozaki.  

Round 1: 

Nagata is looking to close the distance and is on target with a left uppercut to Hoga's body.

The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Nagata.  That has caused swelling  around the left eye.
