Leeroy Gitau vs Kasi Nkya

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Mombasa promoted show at Mombasa Azzi, Mombasa,  taking place on 24/07/2036:

Clearly AI Kenya-Mombasa have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Kenya-Mombasa Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leeroy Gitau (5 - 3(1) - 7 - 1(NC)) who hails from Mombasa, Kenya and Kasi Nkya(17 - 11 - 9 - 1(NC)) from Mombasa, Kenya.  Both Gitau and Nkya weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Muriuki, and the three ringside judges are Hayden Sakudao, Connor Kamau and Michael Bwakali.  

Round 1: 

Nkya lands a left hook.  
Gitau sidesteps to the left of his opponent and connects with a left uppercut.

Gitau tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Nkya manouvers Gitau onto the ropes.  Gitau tries to land a left hook, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nkya wants to work on the inside, but accidentally clashes heads with his opponent!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Gitau dabs at his face checking for damage.  
Gitau switches the action to the outside.  Nkya sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab.  
Nkya gets on the inside and connects with a left hook.  
Nkya throws a left uppercut, but is unable to find the target.  Nkya clinches his opponent.  Gitau leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Nkya steps inside and is on target with a left hook.  
Nkya forces Gitau to back into the corner.  Nkya lands a right hook.  
Nkya lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  Nkya ties up his opponent.  Gitau leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, Nkya pushes his forearm into Gitau's face.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
