Jax Velarde vs Juan Simeon

Boxing Daily Report from the Vilakazi Promotions promoted show at Cruz Mellado Gym, San Bernardo,  taking place on 21/07/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Chile-Santiago Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Velarde (17 - 21(1) - 1) who hails from Las Condes, Chile and Juan Simeon(3 - 3 - 3) from Maipu, Chile.  Velarde weighed in at 117 pounds and 14 ounces, while Simeon weighed in at 117 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Baltasar Pedregon, and the three ringside judges are Salvador Olivo, Ulises Cerna and Vicente Pintor.
