Hikaru Nakata vs Iwao Oba

Boxing Daily Report from the Japan’s Boxing promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 18/07/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Hikaru Nakata (5 - 18(1) - 5) who hails from Okazaki, Japan and Iwao Oba(4 - 11(2) - 5) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Nakata and Oba weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hideki Kawasaki, and the three ringside judges are Nao Sugiyama, Daiki Onishi and Raiden Shimamoto.  

Round 1: 

Oba advances into close range and manages to force Nakata into the corner.  Oba pivots to the side of his opponent.  Oba attempts to land a right hook, but Nakata blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Nakata switches the action to the outside and connects with an overhand left.
