Connor Sutherlin vs Dave Salling

Boxing Daily Report from the International Boxing Fight League promoted show at Eugene Seton, Eugene,  taking place on 18/07/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Connor Sutherlin (0 - 1) who hails from Memphis, USA and Dave Salling(6 - 13 - 2) from Kansas City, USA.  Sutherlin weighed in at 258 pounds and 7 ounces, while Salling weighed in at 238 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Max Lewis, and the three ringside judges are Peter Roger, Gregor Riach and William Rosser.

As they grapple, Sutherlin pushes his forearm into Salling's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Sutherlin.

Sutherlin lands a cross to the body, a left uppercut to the body and a cross to the head.  
Salling steps inside and manouvers his opponent into a neutral corner.  Sutherlin connects with a left uppercut.  
Sutherlin hits home with a cross.  
Sutherlin gets on the inside and is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Salling pivots to the side of his opponent.  Sutherlin lands a sharp jab.  
Sutherlin lands a left hook followed by  two right uppercuts to his opponents head.  
Sutherlin is on target with a right uppercut to Salling's body.  
Sutherlin is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Sutherlin ties up his opponent.  Sutherlin leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Salling is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Sutherlin digs in a left hook to Salling's body.  
Sutherlin manouvers his opponent onto the ropes.  Sutherlin lands a stinging left hook.  
Sutherlin lands a right uppercut to the head followed by two left hook's to the body.  
Salling walks Sutherlin down, trapping him in a corner.  Salling quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Sutherlin connects with a left hook.  
Sutherlin digs in a left hook to Salling's liver.  Sutherlin clinches his opponent.  Sutherlin tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Salling behind the head. 
Sutherlin lands a right hook to the body, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Sutherlin digs in a left hook to Salling's ribs.  
Sutherlin advances into close range and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  
Salling throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right uppercut.
