Boxing Daily Report from the AI Saudi Arabia-West promoted show at Jeddah Alfarooq, Jeddah,  taking place on 10/07/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Saudi Arabia-West Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jawad Sajjad (23 - 17(1) - 7) who hails from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Haaris Tabatabai(11(6) - 0 - 1) from Medina, Saudi Arabia.  Both Sajjad and Tabatabai weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aftab Abourizk, and the three ringside judges are Azam Abid, Khalid Bseiso and Shayan Maron.  

Round 1: 

Tabatabai gets on the inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Tabatabai drives a stinging left hook into Sajjad's body.  Tabatabai holds on to his opponent.  Tabatabai is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref breaks Tabatabai's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Sajjad tries to keep the action at long range.  Sajjad sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a jab.  
Tabatabai gets on the inside and hits home with a left uppercut.  Tabatabai holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Tabatabai pushes his forearm into Sajjad's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.

Tabatabai is looking to close the distance and throws a right hook, but the shot lands on his opponents guard.  Tabatabai ties up his opponent.  Tabatabai leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Tabatabai pushes his forearm into Sajjad's face.  The ref halts the action and breaks the clinch.  He lectures Tabatabai about fouling.

Tabatabai sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a sharp left uppercut to Sajjad's ribs.  SAJJAD IS HURT!  
Some sustained pressure from Tabatabai could be enough to finish Sajjad!  Tabatabai lands two right hooks to his opponents ribs.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents body, AND SENDS SAJJAD TO THE CANVAS!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 5.  It looks like Sajjad has now recovered from that earlier bodyshot.

Tabatabai pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a cross followed by a left hook to his opponents head.

Sajjad feints a right hook, but Tabatabai does not fall for it and is on target with a sharp cross.

Tabatabai lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Sajjad attempts to land a cross, but Tabatabai blocks the shot and counters with a sharp left hook.
