Hiro Sugiyama vs Zhu Choong

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Boxing promoted show at Tokyo Metropolitan Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 16/08/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Asia-Oceania Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Hiro Sugiyama (17(9) - 7(2)) who hails from Yokohama, Japan and Zhu Choong(40(29) - 12(7)) from Zigong, China.  Both Sugiyama and Choong weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Sunada, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Nakamura, Yutaka Hirayama and Yuji Ohta.
