Carlos Merlo vs Pancho Serna

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Guayas promoted show at Guayaquil Archibeque, Guayaquil,  taking place on 02/07/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ecuador-Guayas Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Carlos Merlo (5 - 4(1) - 2) who hails from Duran, Ecuador and Pancho Serna(6 - 16 - 4) from Guayaquil, Ecuador.  Merlo weighed in at 174 pounds And 14 ounces, while Serna weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Orona, and the three ringside judges are Jesus Luy, Felippe Noa and Leonel Santander.
