Davie Busto vs Brad Sheridan

Boxing Daily Report from the Eddie Burns promoted show at Belasco Theatre, Los Angeles,  taking place on 30/06/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Fight Now TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Davie Busto (32(13) - 3 - 1) who hails from Ontario, USA and Brad Sheridan(17(3) - 6(3) - 2) from Jersey City, USA.  Both Busto and Sheridan weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Sam Cant, and the three ringside judges are Mark Pizarro, John Stein and Theo Carson.  

Round 1: 

Busto lands a right uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  
Sheridan is looking to keep the action on the outside and throws an overhand right, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a cross.  
Sheridan lands a jab to his opponents body.

Busto is looking to close the distance and is on target with a stinging right hook to Sheridan's body.  
Sheridan quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents body.  
Sheridan steps to the outside.  Busto is on target with a sharp cross.  
Busto gets on the inside and walks his opponent onto the ropes.  Busto quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Busto hits home with a left uppercut.  Busto throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.

The referee separates the two fighters and warns Busto.  Busto throws a right hook, but his opponent parries the shot and counters with a right hook.

Busto closes the distance and lands two left hooks to the body, and one to the head.  THAT HURT HIS OPPONENT!  Sheridan recovers before his opponent can take advantage.

Busto hits his opponent with a kidney shot within the clinch. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Busto to stop fouling.
