Cody Kamira vs Eru Mauheni

Boxing Daily Report from the Kiwi Promotions promoted show at New Zealand-Wellington Gym, Wellington,  taking place on 30/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Wellington Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cody Kamira (6 - 1 - 2) who hails from Wellington, New Zealand and Eru Mauheni(5 - 16 - 3) from Wellington, New Zealand.  Both Kamira and Mauheni weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mason Bethel, and the three ringside judges are Keka Paratene, Mark Ruskin and Erorangi Muunu.  

Round 1: 

Kamira connects with a cross.  
Mauheni forces Kamira to retreat into the corner.  Mauheni lands a right uppercut.
