Diego Alonzo vs Macario Ascencio

Boxing Daily Report from the Kwofie Promotions promoted show at Tijuana Narvaez, Tijuana,  taking place on 27/06/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Baja California Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Alonzo (16 - 9(1)) who hails from Mexicali, Mexico and Macario Ascencio(9 - 15 - 2) from Tijuana, Mexico.  Both Alonzo and Ascencio weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Ponce, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Beato, Xabat Badillo and Eloy Almeida.
