Ryuu Sugimoto vs Yasushi Miyamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Japanese Boxing Federation promoted show at Fumio Sadow Gym, Osaka,  taking place on 26/06/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Osaka Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ryuu Sugimoto (3 - 2 - 4) who hails from Sakai, Japan and Yasushi Miyamoto(10 - 17 - 4) from Higashiosaka, Japan.  Both Sugimoto and Miyamoto weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hisao Sakai, and the three ringside judges are Hikaru Mayeda, Daiki Aoki and Takeshi Katayama.  

Round 1: 

Miyamoto forces Sugimoto to retreat into the corner.  Sugimoto connects with a right uppercut.
