Anupam Pongte vs Ashoka Banik

Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Mumbai Goyal, Mumbai,  taking place on 24/06/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Anupam Pongte (9 - 6(1) - 2) who hails from Nagpur, India and Ashoka Banik(14 - 14(3) - 2) from Mumbai, India.  Pongte weighed in at 140 pounds, while Banik weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zuffur Diab, and the three ringside judges are Gopal Shokeen, Kishore Subramaniam and Premnath Arya.
