Charles Leiper vs Xavion Baca

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Churchill Downs, Louisville,  taking place on 20/08/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Slim Charles Leiper (35(29) - 3(2)) who hails from Saskatoon, Canada and Xavion Baca(27(5) - 18(10) - 1) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Leiper and Baca weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wayne Roberton, and the three ringside judges are Ian Buist, Euan Slone and Michael Balderston.  

Round 1: 

Leiper is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Leiper sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a hurtful cross.  IT LOOKS LIKE BACA WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Baca quickly recovers. 
Leiper feints a right hook, and then lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head.  
Leiper steps to the outside and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.

Baca steps inside and attempts to land a right hook, but Leiper sidesteps and counters with a sharp right hook.  
Baca pivots to the right of his opponent and hits home with a left hook.

Leiper is on target with a stinging jab to Baca's body.

Baca closes the distance and tries to land a right uppercut, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a right uppercut.

Leiper switches the action to the outside and hits home with a sharp overhand right.  
Baca steps inside and hits home with a left hook.  Leiper ties up his opponent.  Leiper leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Baca walks Leiper onto the ropes.  Baca lands a right hook.

Leiper lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Baca recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Leiper tries to step out of his opponents range and is on target with a solid cross.  
Leiper lands a jab to the head, a cross to the body and a jab to the head.  HE HAS HIS OPPONENT IN TROUBLE!  
Leiper senses his opponent is hurt.  He is looking to stop Baca and just needs the right shot.  Leiper lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents body.  He continues the combination and lands a left hook, right uppercut and a left hook to his opponents body, AND DOWN GOES BACA!  He is still struggling to his feet as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Leiper!
