Ramirez Barreda vs Diego Vallecillo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nicaragua-Managua promoted show at Centro de Convenciones Crowne Plaza+�, Managua,  taking place on 20/06/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nicaragua Light Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ramirez Barreda (16(7) - 7(6)) who hails from Masaya, Nicaragua and Diego Vallecillo(13 - 8(1) - 1) from Managua, Nicaragua.  Both Barreda and Vallecillo weighed in at 108 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Delgado, and the three ringside judges are Carlos Delgado, Alano Pio and Gabriel Morejon.  

Round 1: 

Barreda sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
Barreda closes the distance and attempts to land a right hook, but Vallecillo parries the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Barreda walks his opponent down, trapping him in a corner.  Barreda lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents ribs.  Barreda ties up his opponent.  Barreda leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. The ref breaks Barreda's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!
