Mel Lindsay vs Ian Ogilvie

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Idaho promoted show at Boise Kincaid, Boise,  taking place on 04/06/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Idaho Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mel Lindsay (21(3) - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Boise, USA and Ian Ogilvie(8 - 13 - 4) from Boise, USA.  Lindsay weighed in at 130 pounds, while Ogilvie weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jacob Mains, and the three ringside judges are Sam Summerfield, Ian Groves and Robert Herritt.  

Round 1: 

Lindsay closes the distance and tries to land a right hook, but Ogilvie slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Lindsay hits home with a right hook.  
Lindsay closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Lindsay quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Lindsay throws a right hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.

Lindsay lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lindsay cuts off the ring, trapping Ogilvie in a corner.  Lindsay lands a left hook.  
Lindsay steps inside and lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Lindsay drives a left hook into Ogilvie's body.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lindsay dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Lindsay.  That has caused slight swelling  around the right eye.  
Lindsay cuts off the ring, trapping Ogilvie in the red corner.  Lindsay hits home with a firm right hook.  
Lindsay lands three consecutive right hooks to his opponents head.  As Ogilvie tries to work on the inside, the fighters heads come together!  The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Lindsay dabs at his face checking for damage.  Lindsay has taken some damage from that accidental headbutt.  That has caused slight swelling  around the left eye.  
Lindsay lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents head.  
Lindsay lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.  
Lindsay forces Ogilvie to retreat into a neutral corner.  Lindsay lands a left uppercut to the body, a left hook to the head and a right uppercut to the head.  
Lindsay sidesteps to the left of his opponent and drives a right hook into Ogilvie's body.  
Ogilvie throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.  
Ogilvie tries to step out of his opponents range.  Lindsay lands a jab.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Ogilvie's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  Ogilvie's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.  Ogilvie's trainer is advising how he could stop so many clean shots getting through.
