Eloy Vegas vs Alejandro Cantero

Boxing Daily Report from the Pearlnew Promotions promoted show at Ovidio Umanzor Gym, Bayamon,  taking place on 30/05/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Puerto Rico-Bayamon Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eloy Vegas (14(3) - 13) who hails from Bayamon, Puerto Rico and Alejandro Cantero(18 - 13 - 1) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Both Vegas and Cantero weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Portal, and the three ringside judges are Joaquin Capo, Guido Bonilla and Rico Balcazar.  

Round 1:
