Roger Izquierdo vs Brendan MacKay

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at The Venue at UCF, Orlando,  taking place on 26/07/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Roger Izquierdo (8(5) - 1) who hails from Tucson, USA and Brendan MacKay(13 - 17 - 3) from Oklahoma City, USA.  Izquierdo weighed in at 200 pounds, while MacKay weighed in at 200 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jasper Mathison, and the three ringside judges are Xaverius Guerra, Rob Quigg and David Carias.  

Round 1: 

Izquierdo advances into close range and hits home with a firm right hook.  
Izquierdo hits the target with a hard jab.  
MacKay is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Izquierdo sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Izquierdo is on target with a ramrod jab.  
Izquierdo steps inside and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  
MacKay throws a jab, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a cross.  
Izquierdo lands a jab, cross and a jab to his opponents head.  
Izquierdo lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Izquierdo closes the distance and is on target with a right hook to MacKay's body.  Izquierdo holds on to his opponent.  Izquierdo leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.

Izquierdo steps inside.  Izquierdo pivots to the left of his opponent and lands two left hooks to his opponents ribs.

Izquierdo steps inside and attempts to land a right hook, but MacKay blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.

Izquierdo holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Izquierdo pushes his forearm into MacKay's face.  The referee warns Izquierdo and breaks the clinch.

Izquierdo lands a left uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a double left hook to his opponents head, AND DROPS MACKAY!  He manages to get up at 8.  MacKay recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Izquierdo advances into close range and walks MacKay onto the ropes.  Izquierdo lands a right uppercut followed by a left hook to his opponents head, AND MACKAY IS KNOCKED DOWN!  He is back up on his feet at 8.  MacKay recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
MacKay steps to the outside.  Izquierdo drives a jab into his opponents body.  
MacKay throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook to MacKay's body.  
MacKay is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Izquierdo feints a left, and then is on target with a jab.  
Izquierdo lands with a hard jab.  
Izquierdo feints a right hook, and then lands a jab to the head, a jab to the body and a cross to the head.  
Izquierdo advances into close range and lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  
Izquierdo hits home with a cross.  
Izquierdo is looking to close the distance and lands a HUGE right uppercut.  MACKAY IS HURT!  MacKay quickly recovers.
