Saad Alzahabi vs Dario Fontes

Boxing Daily Report from the Marco Boogers promoted show at Stade Municipal de Kh+�nifra, Marrakech,  taking place on 12/07/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Saad Alzahabi (47(36) - 6(2) - 1 - 1(NC)) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Dario Fontes(34(16) - 22(21)) from Porto Alegre, Brazil.  Alzahabi weighed in at 140 pounds, while Fontes weighed in at 140 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Talut Samlal, and the three ringside judges are Jaul Arush, Salamah Elhad and Sab Oukacha.  

Round 1: 

Fontes lands a hard jab.  Fontes attempts to land a jab, but Alzahabi slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
Alzahabi lands an overhand left, jab and a cross to his opponents head, AND STUNS HIS OPPONENT!  Fontes almost instantly gets his legs back.

The ref does not appear to have noticed the clash as Fontes dabs at his face checking for damage.    It looks like the clash of heads has caused some damage to Fontes.  That has caused minor swelling  around the right eye.

Alzahabi switches the action to the outside and snaps his opponents head back with a stinging jab.  
Alzahabi throws a left hook, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left hook.  
Fontes pivots from in front of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.  
Fontes throws a right hook, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a firm right hook.  
Alzahabi tries to keep the action at long range.  Fontes tries to land a jab, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Fontes closes the distance.  Alzahabi goes for the bodyshot, but lands south of the border!  The ref ignores Fontes's complaints and signals for the action to continue.

Alzahabi switches the action to the outside and attempts to land a jab, but Fontes blocks the shot and counters with a cross.
