Alvino Vela vs Ponce Palencia

Boxing Daily Report from the CASA DE CHAKAL promoted show at Havana Iniguez, Havana,  taking place on 20/05/2036:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Cuba-Havana Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alvino Vela (24(11) - 6(1)) who hails from Havana, Cuba and Ponce Palencia(12 - 21(1) - 4) from Havana, Cuba.  Vela weighed in at 168 pounds, while Palencia weighed in at 167 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ponce Barro, and the three ringside judges are Desiderio Estacio, Ignado Moreton and Saturnin Milan.  

Round 1: 

Palencia attempts to land a jab, but Vela slips the shot and counters with a stinging right hook.
