Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 09/07/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ollie Williams (46(35) - 7) who hails from Los Angeles, USA and Rodolfo Gatti(30 - 10(4) - 2) from Turin, Italy.  Williams weighed in at 242 pounds and 5 ounces, while Gatti weighed in at 249 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Wyllie, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Cossio, Malcolm Waldie and Davie Keir.

Williams stalks his opponent...he just needs the right shot to put his opponent away!  Williams connects with a spiteful right hook.  DOWN GOES GATTI!  He is back up on his feet at 4.  Gatti now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Gatti cuts off the ring, trapping Williams on the ropes.  Williams tries to land a cross, but Gatti slips the shot and counters with a right hook.  
At the end of Round 2, lets listen in on the corners...Gatti's trainer is telling his fighter he is being outworked and needs to throw more.

He continues the combination and lands a cross to the head, a right hook to the body and a left uppercut to the head, AND DROPS GATTI TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 6.  
Williams lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  He follows up the attack and lands a left uppercut, cross and a left uppercut to his opponents head, AND KNOCKS GATTI DOWN!  He remains on the canvas as the count reaches 10!  The winner by KO is Williams!
