Phil Balmer vs George Winchell

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Arizona promoted show at Phoenix Blaney, Phoenix,  taking place on 03/05/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Arizona Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Phil Balmer (18 - 13 - 2) who hails from Tucson, USA and George Winchell(14 - 13(1) - 3) from Surprise, USA.  Balmer weighed in at 105 pounds and 9 ounces, while Winchell weighed in at 105 pounds.    As Balmer came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Dylan Preston, and the three ringside judges are Declan Duffie, Vegas Frias and Malcolm Gwynn.
