Billy Telfer vs Ian Shanklin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI New Zealand-Waikato promoted show at Mike Lovitt Gym, Hamilton,  taking place on 27/04/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the New Zealand-Waikato Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Billy Telfer (3 - 13 - 4) who hails from Hamilton, New Zealand and Ian Shanklin(11 - 22 - 2) from Hamilton, New Zealand.  Telfer weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Shanklin weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joe Catanach, and the three ringside judges are Eti Manihera, Wayne Skillen and Sam Shirah.
