Scott McCleary vs Charles Doherty

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Virginia promoted show at Vincent McCorquodale Gym, Virginia Beach,  taking place on 07/04/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Virginia Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Scott McCleary (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Norfolk, USA and Charles Doherty(14 - 3) from Norfolk, USA.  Both McCleary and Doherty weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Justin Morgan, and the three ringside judges are Dan Whalen, Cole Scott and Hugh Cassidy.  

Round 1: 

Doherty lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.
