Mark Yelton vs Dave Owens

Boxing Daily Report from the John Wayne promoted show at Indianapolis Isaac, Indianapolis,  taking place on 05/04/2036:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Great Lakes Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Yelton (17 - 15 - 6) who hails from Detroit, USA and Dave Owens(25 - 2(1) - 2) from Evansville, USA.  Yelton weighed in at 146 pounds and 15 ounces, while Owens weighed in at 145 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Isaac Wishart, and the three ringside judges are Chris Philley, Mark Voyles and Sam Skilling.  

Round 1: 

Owens advances into close range and hits home with a left hook.
