Shaquille Dotse vs Joe Mpala

Boxing Daily Report from the Jobivore Boxing promoted show at Mamelodi Acquah, Mamelodi,  taking place on 19/03/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the South Africa-Gauteng Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shaquille Dotse (21 - 19(6) - 4) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Joe Mpala(17 - 15 - 8) from Soshanguve, South Africa.  Dotse weighed in at 130 pounds, while Mpala weighed in at 129 pounds and 11 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Dorus Steenkamp, and the three ringside judges are Siphelele Nhlapo, David Khumalo and Mark Van Jaarsveld.
