Robert Nicholson vs Daniele Balboni

Boxing Daily Report from the Peanut Promotions promoted show at New York City Ceci, New York City,  taking place on 06/03/2036:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-New York State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Robert Nicholson (18(1) - 4(2)) who hails from Rochester, USA and Daniele Balboni(11 - 18(3) - 5) from New York City, USA.  Both Nicholson and Balboni weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Leighton MacGinnis, and the three ringside judges are Arthur Pumphrey, Rich Lawter and Daniel Leask.  

Round 1: 

Nicholson is on target with a left hook to Balboni's body.  Nicholson holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Nicholson pushes his forearm into Balboni's face.  The ref breaks Nicholson's hold and signals for the fight to continue.
