Joe Sligh vs Theo Smailes

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Colorado promoted show at Colorado Springs Bennion, Colorado Springs,  taking place on 06/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Colorado Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joe Sligh (18 - 17(1) - 4) who hails from Greeley, USA and Theo Smailes(11 - 22(2) - 2) from Aurora, USA.  Both Sligh and Smailes weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oliver Peavey, and the three ringside judges are Brad Vaill, Corey Satter and Mark Notman.

Sligh sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Smailes drives a left hook into Sligh's body.
