Vicente Belen vs John Baclayan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Philippines-Davao del Sur promoted show at Cris Chairez Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 11/01/2036:

Clearly AI Philippines-Davao del Sur have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Belen (10 - 20 - 7) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and John Baclayan(9 - 9 - 4) from Davao City, Philippines.  Belen weighed in at 147 pounds, while Baclayan weighed in at 147 pounds and 9 ounces.    As Baclayan came in over the weight limit, only his opponent will be able to compete for the final eliminator position tonight.  
The referee tonight is Gervasio Manuntag, and the three ringside judges are Elias Godoy, James Gumatay and Bryan Calinao.
