Dan Ayibonte vs John Boateng

Boxing Daily Report from the African Boxing Federation promoted show at City Engineers Yard, Accra,  taking place on 10/01/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Ghana-Greater Accra Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on bTV Action, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dan Ayibonte (23 - 25(2)) who hails from Accra, Ghana and John Boateng(26 - 15(1)) from Accra, Ghana.  Ayibonte weighed in at 126 pounds, while Boateng weighed in at 125 pounds And 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Corey Offei, and the three ringside judges are Jake Biekro, Chris Asante and Mark Berko.  

Round 1: 

Boateng is looking to close the distance and connects with a right hook.
