Dave Jones vs Dylan Donovan

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Sports Wales Centre, Cardiff,  taking place on 18/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Dave Jones (3 - 0) who hails from Cardiff, UK and Dylan Donovan(1 - 2) from London, UK.  Jones weighed in at 168 pounds, while Donovan weighed in at 167 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Joshua Gillespie, and the three ringside judges are Terry Lyons, Glyn Bowen and Edwyn Brodie.  

Round 1: 

Jones advances into close range.  Jones sidesteps to the left of his opponent and lands a right uppercut to the head followed by a left hook to the body.

Donovan hits the target with a stinging jab.  
Jones steps to the outside and hits home with a cross.  
Jones gets on the inside and is on target with a sharp left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Jones is on target with a stinging right hook to his opponents ribcage.  
Donovan advances into close range.  Jones lands a left hook to the body, a right hook to the head and a left hook to the head.

Donovan steps inside.  Jones pivots to the side of his opponent and lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the head and a right hook to the body.  
Jones is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand left.  
Jones closes the distance.  Donovan throws a right hook, but Jones clinches his opponent.  The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.  
Jones pivots to the right of his opponent.  Donovan digs in a left hook to Jones's ribs.  
Donovan is looking to close the distance and walks Jones into a neutral corner.  Jones digs in a right hook to Donovan's ribcage.
