Urvano Medel vs Vicente Belen

Boxing Daily Report from the Pacific and Andean Promotions promoted show at Estadio Segundo Aranda Torres, Huacho,  taking place on 22/12/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the WRBC International Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ESPN Latin America, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Urvano Medel (25(24) - 0) who hails from Arequipa, Peru and Vicente Belen(23(15) - 6(5)) from Ciudad Bolivar, Venezuela.  Medel weighed in at 111 pounds and 7 ounces, while Belen weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Enzo Pinero, and the three ringside judges are Felippe Pedroso, Rafael Vidal and Guillermo Rodriguez.
