Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Iowa promoted show at Davenport Watson, Davenport,  taking place on 04/12/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Mid West Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John McAdam (10 - 16 - 3) who hails from Omaha, USA and Matt Keath(27(3) - 2(2)) from Cedar Rapids, USA.  Both McAdam and Keath weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mike James, and the three ringside judges are Charles Mains, Amon Stackpoole and Vince Caven.  

Round 1: 

Keath lands a left hook to the body followed by a right hook to the head.  
Keath is on target with a left hook to his opponents body.  
Keath forces McAdam to back into a neutral corner.  Keath digs in a left uppercut to his opponents ribs.  
Keath connects with a right hook.  
Keath closes the distance and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  Keath ties up his opponent.  Keath leans on his opponent using all his weight. As they grapple, McAdam pushes his forearm into Keath's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Keath hits home with a right hook.  
McAdam throws a left hook, but Keath holds on to his opponent.  Keath pushes his forearm into McAdam's face.  The referee warns Keath and breaks the clinch.

Keath pivots to the side of his opponent.  Keath lands a right hook.  Keath ties up his opponent.  McAdam throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head. 
Keath voluntarily retreats back onto the ropes...he waves his opponent in!  McAdam accepts the invitation, throwing powerful combos, but is unable to land anything on Keath.  
Keath lands a double jab to his opponents head.  
McAdam tries to step out of his opponents range and throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a right hook.

At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...McAdam's trainer is advising how he could be more accurate.  McAdam's trainer is telling his fighter he needs to be more active or he's going to get outworked.  McAdam's trainer is passing on some tactical advice.

Frustration is starting to boil over for McAdam now.   He throws a low uppercut...that landed south of the border! The ref halts the action and sends Keath to the neutral corner.    He tells McAdam to stop fouling or face a points deduction.  
Keath gets on the inside and lands a left hook.  
McAdam tries to step out of his opponents range.  Keath is on target with a cross.  
McAdam is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Keath finds the target with a jab.  
Keath gets on the inside and lands a right hook to the head, a left hook to the head and a left hook to the body.  
Keath lands a right hook to the body followed by a right uppercut to the head.  
McAdam is on target with a left uppercut.  
McAdam steps away from his opponent.  Keath lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head, DROPPING MCADAM TO THE CANVAS!  He makes it to one knee, but is unable to rise any further as the ref counts 10!  The winner by KO is Keath!
