William Telfer vs Juan Navar

Boxing Daily Report from the Smokin Joe promoted show at Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles,  taking place on 07/02/2036:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Wild William Telfer (48(43) - 8(8)) who hails from New York City, USA and Juan Navar(28 - 12(7)) from Bayamon, Puerto Rico.  Telfer weighed in at 122 pounds, while Navar weighed in at 122 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is John Rhydderch, and the three ringside judges are Henry Franco, Clinton Proffitt and Charlie Valdivia.  

Round 1: 

Telfer hits home with an overhand right.  
Navar closes the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Telfer is looking to keep the action on the outside.  Navar quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent.  Telfer lands a spiteful jab.  
Navar backs onto the ropes...he is waving his opponent in!  Telfer tries to tag Navar on the ropes, but his opponent blocks every shot!  Telfer lands a right uppercut to the body followed by a cross to the head.  
Telfer steps to the outside and lands a jab, overhand right and an overhand left to his opponents head.  
Navar attempts to land a cross, but Telfer dodges the shot and counters with a powerful left hook.  NAVAR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Navar almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Navar closes the distance and drives a left hook into his opponents liver.  
Telfer steps to the outside.  Telfer stalks forward with a low guard, trying to draw a lead from his opponent.  Navar hits home with a sharp jab.  
Navar advances into close range.  Telfer attempts to land a right hook, but Navar blocks the shot and counters with a left hook.  
Telfer tries to keep the action at long range and lands a stiff jab.  
Navar lands a sharp jab.  Navar throws a cross, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right hook.  
Navar tries to land a jab, but his opponent blocks the shot and counters with a VICIOUS right hook.  IT LOOKS LIKE NAVAR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  Navar quickly recovers. 
Navar tries to land an overhand left, but Telfer sidesteps and counters with a solid left hook.  
Navar attempts to land a cross, but Telfer blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Navar connects with a cross.  
Telfer lands a telling overhand left.  IT LOOKS LIKE NAVAR WAS HURT BY THAT SHOT!  
Some sustained pressure from Telfer could be enough to finish Navar!  Telfer lands a right hook followed by a left hook to his opponents head, KNOCKING NAVAR DOWN!  He is on his feet as the count reaches 6.  Navar now appears to have recovered from that earlier shot.  
Telfer drives a sharp left hook into his opponents body.  
Navar gets on the inside and is on target with a left uppercut.  
Navar throws a cross, but his opponent slips the shot and counters with a telling left hook.  NAVAR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  Navar almost instantly gets his legs back. 
Telfer digs in a firm left uppercut to his opponents liver.

Telfer lands a cross followed by a overhand right to his opponents head, AND SENDS NAVAR TO THE CANVAS!  He manages to get up at 4.  Navar quickly recovers. 
Telfer lands a cross followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.  
Navar throws a cross, but his opponent dodges the shot and counters with a right uppercut.  
Telfer tries to step out of his opponents range and lands an overhand left followed by a cross to his opponents head, DROPPING NAVAR TO THE CANVAS!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  Navar recovers before his opponent can take advantage. 
Telfer hits home with a powerful overhand right.  NAVAR WAS STUNNED BY THAT SHOT!  
Telfer is looking for the shot to finish his opponent.  Telfer lands a right uppercut, left uppercut and a right hook to his opponents head, AND SENDS NAVAR TO THE CANVAS!  The ref waves off the fight.  He does not believe Navar can continue!  The fight has been stopped!  The winner by TKO is Telfer!
