Cortez Mare vs John Cockburn

Boxing Daily Report from the North Star Boxing promoted show at Cowboys Dance Hall, San Antonio,  taking place on 02/11/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Cortez Mare (2(2) - 0) who hails from Tijuana, Mexico and John Cockburn(1 - 1) from Chicago, USA.  Both Mare and Cockburn weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Colin Torry, and the three ringside judges are Henry Messer, Leon Zamorano and Greg Speed.  

Round 1: 

Cockburn steps to the outside.  Mare is on target with a jab.
