Vinay Shastri vs Aleksei Galiev

Boxing Daily Report from the Ringside Promotions promoted show at Kingston Park Stadium, Newcastle,  taking place on 13/10/2035:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vinay Shastri (12(7) - 0) who hails from New Delhi, India and Aleksei Galiev(2 - 2 - 2) from Samarqand, Uzbekistan.  Shastri weighed in at 245 pounds and 5 ounces, while Galiev weighed in at 242 pounds and 9 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Gyn Gwenn, and the three ringside judges are Andy Creech, Dominic Patterson and Michael Taylor.  

Round 1:

Shastri sidesteps to the right of his opponent and connects with a stinging cross.  
Shastri gets on the inside.  Shastri sidesteps to the right of his opponent and lands a left uppercut to the body, and then to the head.  
Shastri gets on the inside and drives a right hook into his opponents ribcage.  Shastri holds on to his opponent.  Shastri leans on his opponent using all his weight. The ref breaks the clinch and signals for the action to continue.
