Vicente Belen vs John Baclayan

Boxing Daily Report from the Dokuaa Promotions promoted show at Montel Pizarro Gym, Davao City,  taking place on 30/09/2035:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Davao del Sur Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Vicente Belen (10 - 20 - 6) who hails from Davao City, Philippines and John Baclayan(9 - 9 - 3) from Davao City, Philippines.  Belen weighed in at 147 pounds, while Baclayan weighed in at 146 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Quin Agbisit, and the three ringside judges are Gabriel Gudino, Cody Real and Elias Rabanal.
