Jax Mejias vs Fresco Mier

Boxing Daily Report from the Majola Promotions promoted show at Córdoba Beltran, Córdoba,  taking place on 18/09/2035:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Argentina-Córdoba Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Publica, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jax Mejias (26(7) - 2(1)) who hails from Córdoba, Argentina and Fresco Mier(8 - 0) from Córdoba, Argentina.  Mejias weighed in at 140 pounds, while Mier weighed in at 139 pounds and 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Cortez Prospero, and the three ringside judges are Juan Carrasco, Ulises Camargo and Kiki Alvidrez.
